Tim Morgan earned his National Certification as a hypnotherapist in 1992 at Mottin and Johnson Institute of Hypnosis in Bridgeton, Mo. He received his Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapy Certification in 1995 at The National Guild of Hypnotists in Merrimac, N.H. He also has achieved his Instructor-hood Certification in 1995 and has trained numerous therapists, psychologists, and nurses in Missouri, Illinois, Arkansas, and South Carolina. He belongs to the National Guild of Hypnotists. He received his doctorate in religious counselling from Almedea University in Boise, Idaho in August 2006.

Tim Morgan was ordained by the Saint Louis, Mo. Soul-Esteem Center in June, 2005. He has pastored the Soul-Esteem Center II in Kelso, Mo. since 2004. Soul-Esteem Center II is a "New Thought" movement metaphysical church.
